Set an email reminder to reps regarding stock and stockouts, listings and delistings on a daily basis
If it were possible to send the sales team a reminder regarding the listings and de-listings, stock per items and stock outs on a per store, per territory basis.1 vote

Yes. If you upload a new CSV, any records that contain a “internal_id” (Internal Identifier) field that exists, will update the record. If the internal_id does not exist, it will create a new one.
Right now it's very time consuming to enter every order that comes from the grocery management system. (so we don't do it, only entered into QBO)

GMS import via CSV files is now supported
Being able to map your route by choosing staring point and end point. The map would generate the most efficient route to take. Look at the website Route XL for example. This would help reps on visit days schedule their routes.1 vote
This feature is already available under the CRM menu item as the Day Planner. Reps can add accounts to their day plan, reorder or delete stops, and map out their entire route with instructed directions.
Reps should “check-in” once they arrive at locations and the system will calculate mileage.
In the mobile app having the ability to jump straight to a specific store detail page when I am on another. I would usually do this by changing the URL but there is no URL in the mobile app.3 votes

you should enable 2 reps to be assigned to an account. This will enable inside sales to call on the same accounts as the outside sales reps.1 vote
At the store level you analyze the rate of sale vs the inventory levels and give a # of days of inventory left number - very helpful at store level. Why not do that very thing within the Warehouse Inventory data page? Would love to see this to help manage LCBO and orders2 votes
