Can I do a mass update to customers information...
to update a specific field. ex. route numbers that weren't included when setup took place either in the delivery method or shipping agent code area.
Or do I have to do it one customer at a time?
Yes. If you upload a new CSV, any records that contain a “internal_id” (Internal Identifier) field that exists, will update the record. If the internal_id does not exist, it will create a new one.
Is there a way to export reports so we can update a specific field without having to retype all customer information in the CSV, which might cause a duplicate because it doesn't match exactly what's already been entered?
