Setting up Direct Products - LCBO only

Direct Products are you core products/inventory items. These are the products that all other products are tied to, regardless of the channel or the price. If a product is sold via the LCBO the pricing for your Direct Product will always be your LCBO Wholesale Retail Case Price. If your product is not sold via the LCBO the pricing should be set to the channel that you are selling into. If you sell into multiple channels your Direct Product should use your LCBO/Retail Wholesale price and a Variant Product can be created for additional channels.


To set up your Direct Products if you are an LCBO only company and using DTD for order processing, navigate to Operations > Product Management > Products - Toggle Data Set to Direct 


On the left, use the bulk ingestion template to create your Products. Instructions and column definitions are found in the second tab of the upload document
