FAQ: Is there any integration with the LCBO DDVP [DEPRECATED]?

DigThisData supports uploading CSV files downloaded from the LCBO DDVP (Direct Delivery Vendor Portal) AND automatically ingesting them using your credentials. Once ingested, the data included in the CSV file will be converted into individual Pre-Orders and available under Sales → Orders.

To automatically ingest DDVP orders, input your credentials into the provided fields under Account Management → LCBO. There are two sets of credentials to input. 

Please make sure you input your DDVP credentials under the correct form fields and not the SOD form fields.

Once credentials are saved, orders are ingested every 30 minutes.

If using Warehouse Management, all orders are ingested into Pre-Orders. If NOT using Warehouse Management, users may select what order status the orders will be ingested to - Pre-Order, Open, or Posted. See Account Management → Global Options → Import Order Status.

All generated orders are compatible with Warehouse Inventory and Accounting Integrations. Once orders are generated in DigThisData, they are fully compatible with existing Warehouse Inventory Management as well as integrating seamlessly with QuickBooks, Sage and Xero accounting connections.

Additionally, DDVP orders ingested through the system will generate standard DigThisData Bill of Lading, allowing you to batch export your files for logistics.

Please note: The DDVP has been deprecated in favour of the LCBO Gateway. This change took place with the LCBO's rollout of the Future State Modernization. Please see FAQ: Is there any integration with the LCBO Gateway? for more information.
