FAQ: Is my data private and secure?

Yes. DigThisData uses industry-standard security measures to ensure that all your data is secure. At no point will your data now or in the future be shared for any purpose. If you've purchased additional data from the LCBO, Liquor Connect, the BC LDB, or TBS for example, rest assured, no other account has access to that data. All accounts must have ingested data to see specific reports.


For example, to see Competitive Overview for TBS products, you must purchase the Industry package from The Beer Store. Once it's available in your SFTP account, the reports will be available in DigThisData.

Additionally, at no point is your data shared with any other account - this would be in violation of the Terms and Conditions of each data provider.
