FAQ: How is DigThisData billed?

DigThisData is a subscription service. Once a trial is complete, an account admin can upgrade to a monthly subscription using a valid credit card. Invoices are generated by the system automatically and sent to the registering user prior to the credit card being billed. Your subscription will automatically renew every month.


If a credit card expires or fails to make the monthly payment, the admin of the account is notified with a pop-up warning alert.
