- Make certain you are on the first Sheet
- Click File (or the Office Button) → Save As.
- Change Save as type: to “CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)”.
- Enter “Customers” or "Products" etc. as a file name and save the file.
Microsoft Excel will occasionally save CSV files with empty/blank columns and rows - typically, if you've used them and deleted content. This will prevent your CSV from being ingested properly. Please ensure that only rows and columns that contain data in required fields are exported.
