Make Day Plan Stops Easier to Reorder
We've had feedback from our reps, whom we are encouraging to make full use of the CRM. One major frustration is how bulky the process for reordering the stops on the day plan is.
I've received three suggestions that I want to pass on as possibilities, or help point you in the direction of your own solution.
- Make the stops drag and drop like they use for Google Maps
- Have an editable stop number (ie. you can overwrite stop 8 as stop 4 and it will reorder accordingly)
- Allow check-ins at any point in the day plan, bypassing the order completely, but rebuilding the route based on the check-in order
