Make Day Plan Stops Easier to Reorder
We've had feedback from our reps, whom we are encouraging to make full use of the CRM. One major frustration is how bulky the process for reordering the stops on the day plan is.
I've received three suggestions that I want to pass on as possibilities, or help point you in the direction of your own solution.
- Make the stops drag and drop like they use for Google Maps
- Have an editable stop number (ie. you can overwrite stop 8 as stop 4 and it will reorder accordingly)
- Allow check-ins at any point in the day plan, bypassing the order…

Batch processing for orders
It would be nice if we could batch process pre-orders into orders that we export from DDVP and GMS. Also, if we could batch update all open orders to posted.
1 voteWarehouse management complicates this, but we’ll look into it.

Is there an interest in connecting a google calendar to the 'Follow Ups' we schedule? Or is there a quick look/screen for all Follow Ups?

3 votesThe Call Day Follow Up functionality is designed as a visual reminder for the current day.
DTD Premium includes our fully integrated CRM which supports Tasks alongside Calendar (Google/Outlook/Apple) integration. With Tasks, you can set Cal notifications for any number of reasons.
Adding similar support for Follow Ups is certainly possible, however it will require an interface audit for useability.

Custom colour schemes
Would be nice to set the colour scheme for your brewery to better match brand colours to the product related charts!
1 voteThis concept has been proposed in the past and while we do agree with the general idea, in practice it can expose a number of issues. Some DTD accounts support upwards of 70 products in retail channels and hundreds in Direct. For smaller catalogues it is reasonable, but larger ones can present significant issues. Additionally, for the user interface, having the standard DTD colours maintains cleanliness and cohesion.

Zapier Integration
Allow DTD to use Zapier for third part app integrations.
Example: Order details could be integrated with Zapier to allow for automated order workflows. Or inventory level alerts could be tied to an alert or notification systems.

Add Category/Subset as a total to the Compare Tool
When using the compare tool to compare agents, would be useful to have a tab that shows the category/subset makeup of the selected agents in compare.
4 votesMost likely would be a separate Agent Report.
